On January 2nd I put out a call for questions (in conjunction with a contest) and many of you asked some great ones! Every Wednesday (until I run out of questions), I’ll be answering them here! There may be ones that are related, so I’ll answer multiple questions at once. You can always add a new questions to the queue by posting them as a comment here.
Today’s question is from Rob:
If you could be a character in any book, which character would you choose and why?
Good question! I guess the most obvious choice would be a character from my favorite book, but it’s hard for me to say what they is. I never can name a favorite movie either. I have different books and movies for different moods and times and that sort of thing.
But I suppose that if I had to pick one character who spoke to me most, it would be Anne from Anne of Green Gables. Perhaps that seems silly, but when I was a little girl, I loved that book (and all the others in the series) so much. I didn’t really have many friends and I longed to meet Anne and become her ‘bosom friend’. So I guess being her would be almost as fun as being BFF with her. Maybe I could call up that little girl in Idaho and we could be friends.
So what about all of you? Any book characters you’d like to be or meet?
